Rental Policies & Inquiry
We don't have too many rules, but NO SMOKING is a BIG one.... Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. In order to ensure the house is in tip-top shape for the next guest, check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 10:00 am. If you are in need of an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Sail-Away to PA (Mexico): PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE COMPLEX
We try to keep our cancellation policy very straight forward: If you need to cancel before 30 days of your check-in, we'll give you a full refund (less any credit card processing fees). Any cancellation within 30 days of check-in will be considered on a case by case basis. We will always try to work with our guest to find another renter, in which case there will be no charge.
