All about the Houses
Come relax and enjoy....
Stingray-O House is located right in the heart of Seagrove Beach, Florida. This gem was built in 2014, and has been the Rao Family Haven since. Beach access # 21 (Greenwood) is but a short walk away (244 walking steps to be exact), and leads you to the white crystal sands of Seagrove Beach! If you are in the mood for hustle and bustle, the famous Seaside Square is just under one mile from our front door!
Entering Stingray-O house, you will be welcomed by a warm and comfortable living room. Featuring 2 full size sofas, an upholstered chair, and a comfortable seating bench, this space is ideal for all your family gatherings. A 50" wall-mounted television and game table insure that there's something to do when you just want to be "home". If you feel like relaxing on the front porch, you have the choice of the porch swing or one of the comfortable Adirondack chairs.
The barn-style door transitions the living into the dining room and kitchen area. Between the "breakfast bar" and our mango-wood dining table, there is plenty of room to enjoy are family meal prepared in a well equipped kitchen.
Just off the kitchen, is the laundry room, featuring a full size washer and dryer. A beachy half bathroom is also located on the first floor. The back deck is compete with a "beach gear box", a beach wagon, propane grill and bistro table.
Heading to the 2nd floor, the Primary Bedroom offers a superbly comfortable King-size bed. There's plenty of room to relax with a book in the leather chair or watch you favorite show on the wall-mounted tv. The private, attached, bathroom has a double vanity, a soaking bathtub, separate seemless glass shower, privacy "water closet", and a walk-in closet. This bedroom also features access a large and relaxing balcony, perfect for that morning cup of joe or a nice glass of wine.
Across the hall, you will find the "Twin Room" with 2 twin beds, a flat screen tv/dvd combo, chest of drawers, and closet. The "Queen's Room" features a luxurious queen bed, closet, chest of drawers, flat screen tv, and extra seating. The Queen's Room and Twin Room share a comfortable bathroom.
Continuing on the third floor, you will find secondary King bedroom is beautifully decorated with a comfortable King-size bed, large chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, an upholstered chair, 50" flat screen TV, and a walk-in closet. There is also an additional bedroom with 2 twin beds, and seating with storage for clothing. The third floor bedrooms share a modern and bright bathroom with a large seemless glass shower.

Our Story
Our story is simple.... We are a Houston-based family of FIVE, always looking for fun in the sun and a great place to RELAX! We like to drive to vacation destinations, so decided to give the emerald waters of Florida's Gulf a shot. We discovered 30A in the summer of 2014, and we were instantly hooked! We knew immediately that this is the place where can build countless family memories. On our 9-hour drive home to Houston, we made an offer on Stingray-O House, and were thrilled to call it a home one month later! We spent many days (and nights) decorating and making it our own! It has become our refuge and a place we truly feel at home. Since 2014, we spend as much time as possible as we can in Seagrove, but we also love to share the house and 30A with as many people as we can! It is our goal to create a home-feel for all our guests... We hope that you fall in love with Stingray-O and 30A as much as we have...
Update: In 2021, we adopted another vacation rental. This one has been in the family for over 20 years, and is located in the prestine beach area of Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. It's just 50 miles south of the Cancun International Airport, but so far away from the hustle and bustle of party-centered city. We call the 2/2 condo, Sail-Away to PA, and hope that you consider visiting soon! Please check out the photos, which can be found in the "other" tab under the "Riviera Maya!" option.
